What forms of payment do you accept?
We use Stripe to process our orders. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.
I put the wrong shipping address on my order but it’s already been submitted, what do I do?
Give us a call as soon as you can at (909) 606-6094. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can help change your order accordingly.
What about free shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over $300 within the US. (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from this offer.)

Where are your toys manufactured?
Our products are designed in California and made in China.
Are your toys machine washable?
Yes, we suggest machine-washing our toys on gentle cycle and hang to air dry.
My dog ate some of the squeaker! Is it toxic?
All our squeakers are made with non-toxic materials and are not harmful if ingested. Of course, we always recommend removing the toy if it is damaged and supervise play.
What products are made for pups who are chewers?
For pups that like to chew, we recommend toys from our ZippyTuff line as well as some of our products that are categorized in the tough category on our website.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the US (including APO/ FPO addresses) Canada and Mexico.

I’ve signed up for a wholesale account but I don’t see anything regarding wholesale options or pricing once I sign in.

Do you ship wholesale to international customers?

How do I become a wholesale customer?
On the teal bar on top right of the website, click “WHOLESALE” and then the yellow box that says “REGISTER”. From there, you can register your wholesale account and our team will go through and approve you once everything is cleared.
How long does it take for my wholesale application to be approved?
Typically, it can take up to 2-3 days to review your application. We receive many applications throughout the day, and we process each application in the order in which they are received. If there is any additional information needed one of our sales reps will contact, you to obtain it.
As a Wholesaler can I resell the products on Amazon?
Currently, we only have one authorized Amazon seller. There may be more than one company with our products on Amazon but that is because they are depleting the inventory they purchased from us prior to our company making this recent change.
What are the requirements for wholesale customers?
Our wholesale order minimum is $300.00, and we offer free shipping within the US!
Will I hear back from you if I am approved or not approved to be a wholesale?
Yes, every wholesale applicant will receive a response within 72 hours regarding the status of their application.
How much does shipping cost?
For regular customers, shipping is FREE for orders over $35 within the US. For wholesale customers, shipping is FREE for orders over $300 within the US. (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping offers)
I'm a wholesale customer, what if I submit an order under the $300 minimum?
All wholesale customers are required to meet the minimum of $300 to purchase.
Can I pay for my order with PayPal?
Yes, however to make a payment with PayPal, the order must be submitted through one of our sales representatives directly. If you would like this option, please contact sales at sales@zippypaws.com
